I went to this location at 4:00 Saturday and when I tried to open the door to have a discussion with them about leaving my previous carrier and giving them a lot of money, I was greeted with locked doors, during what should have been normal business hours. There were people inside, and they saw me, but they did absolutely nothing to make the doors unlocked during my attempt to give them money! But guess what? There is a competitor right across the street, and they do not lock their doors during normal hours of operation. Guess who got my business? It certainly wasn't the one with locked doors! I divorced the magenta team after 20 years of loyalty, I couldn't even attempt do business with the blue team because I refuse to commit a crime just to get in the building, so I'm on team red now. How about next time, you actually try letting paying customers into the store if you actually want their money? Crazy idea, I know! But, it kind of works!
