I have used Clermont Urgent Care many times and found them to be friendly, courteous and professional. PA Brenda is very knowledgeable and helpful. The whole experience is comfortable and prompt. I sometimes use them rather than my primary car physician

A year ago they told me they do not remove warts. Today they told me they do not offer steroid shots for allergy sufferers. I used to get a shot about once a year at an Urgent Care in Brevard County (Melbourne). What can they do at this Urgent Care? The OWNER replied that they DO offer these services when you visit their facility. Well I did visit the facility each time, and the employee at front desk sent me away. Somebody is confused.

Went in to receive care after a car accident only to be TURNED away saying my insurance wouldn’t cover it without even looking at my insurance card, I called my insurance and other urgent care in the area both said that was not true, NO URGENT care should refuse service for ANY care went to another urgent care were all they needed was both my claim information from my auto and medical insurance. Will never come here again it’s empty for a reason they turn people away instead of doing their job, could easily hold them liable for refusing care.

Very nice team of people. Very accommodating. It’s a clean and thorough office. I think they genuinely do the best that they can and that they would be a suitable place to go when it’s a non-life-threatening emergency.

We are a small facility and are new. When we have grown enough to be able to do so, we will be open 7 days a week. Until then, though, if you need medical attention on Sundays, there are other nearby urgent care facilities that are available to help you.
