I worked on the apartments n houses there and I don't think there worth the price their are asking too expensive, nice area though they have duplexes now but again $400,000 to $600,000 not worth it in my opinion

Great neighborhood, gated, & beautiful lakes nearby. Awesome location close to Target, Publix, Walmart, restaurants, Starbucks, the hospital, FL turnpike, etc.

I’m not one to write bad reviews but I’m so frustrated. We closed on our beautiful new home two weeks ago today. I have yet to be able to enjoy it due to the stress of no mailbox assigned to me and no mailbox key. I am told the addresses for the third phase haven’t been input into the USPS system yet therefore no mail or mailbox keys. Mattamy points the finger at USPS and they point it back at Mattamy. I have no clue where my mail is ending up. Mail is time sensitive and VERY IMPORTANT! My remotes for the gate have been mailed to me... can’t get them. Im sure the booklet to pay my first mortgage payment is also out there floating around somewhere! There is no way we should have been able to close on a home that the address is non existent! Also my husband and I both work full time and don’t have the time to go to the post office every day to check to see if keys are available, just to be told day after day they still don’t have them!
