Went in looking to do a few test drives and get a valuation done on a potential trade in. Walked out with the keys to a new Grand Cherokee. It was a great experience that Benny “the Doughnut Man” helped walk me through; he took his time going over all the trim options and features that came in each. All the test drives were amazing and the course gives you exposure to tons of driving conditions and scenarios. All in all love my new jeep and would recommend checking them out if you’re in the market - they are willing to work with you to get you what you need at a price you can afford.

We told him we were several hours away and didn't want to make the drive unless we were all agreeable to the terms, he completely understood and was so easy to work with. I've heard this kind of story before about different auto dealerships. I can only tell you my experience with napleton Dodge , I was treated with courtesy and respect even though I was wearing dirtier work clothes and needed to shave o would buy another car from these people

Sorry about your experience but mine and my thoughts are definitely different.
The service department was excellent. I did not lease the jeep there. But on short notice they helped get it serviced and it was no cost since still under warranty.
All.employees wear masking and there is sanitizer on every desk available for all customers and staff.
