Ashton Chase has been a wonderful living experience! It’s my first time having my own apartment and the experience with the office staff has always been pleasant. The maintenance team takes care of work orders efficiently. The renewal process was easy and simple just not prices but that’s due to the market increase in fl. Looking forward to another year here. Only suggestion the park needs a upgrade and possibly consider adding a basketball court :)

Please avoid renting in this complex. Safe your time, money, and credit! After not refunding my security deposit(rightfully so, my daughter broke like 6 blinds), they charged me a $300 cleaning fee for "smoking". At the time, we had a premature infant, at the start of covid. WE DO NOT SMOKE! I also paid $300 extra to have my dog stay with me wich I understand was nonrefundable, because of the thorough cleaning they would do after we left. I am now paying a lawyer to get me out of paying a dept collector for these wrongful charges. After reaching out about this, I've learned SO many people experience similar issues with them. Who wouldn't pay an extra couple hundred dollars to avoid the dept collector?? And the debt collecting team can only say, "well you signed the contract". So when you Sign your original lease, your basically signing saying you will pay then what ever wrongful charges they feel like throwing at you in the end. PLEASE SAVE YOUR FUTURE!!! SAVE YIUR MONEY!!! FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE !!! Thats not to mention that summer of 2020, our AC worked on and off,and when we called maintenance they'd tell me to call back during normal buisness hours. I later learned that AC is considered a maintenance emergency in FL. All around this was a huge mistake and lesson learned on my end. Oh, and now I'm in dept over wrongful charges.

Elite Rental Properties

Honestly for what they charge per month you can get a new upgraded apartment. Everything is outdated. No up to date appliances at all. Staff was rude. I would not recommend these apartment complexes to anyone.

Just moved in last month and so far living here has been a nice experience. My apartment is nice. The office staff is on top of things. They always have events for our community which I appreciate. Maintenance team is great. Family oriented and nice neighbors. The grounds and landscaping are well maintained.
