So, I went to get a PS5 bundle today at the Hanover Ma location. I called the store the day before to be sure they'd be in stock. I went with a friend. We waited outside and watched 4 people come out with their console in a hour. Horrible that they can't work the registers faster. First they weren't gonna sell me and the person I was with one because they were trying to say we were together when there were two separate people making a purchase. Wether they drove in the same vehicle doesn't matter. It says one per customer, thats two customers.Then when I get to the register they won't let me renew my pro rewards so I could buy the bundle. I said thats not true, I called 5 stores the day before to be sure. I said I called them the day before and they never said that. They only said they had 32 consoles available. They said they never said that to me and I didn't call them. I had my call log as proof. Then the guy behind me says he called and they told him they had 8 consoles. Thats two people saying the called and he gave different numbers out. The employee the says he has 15 only. So he wouldn't let me renew my pro to buy a bundled console after two and a half hours. I went to their Plymouth location and it was explained that there was no restriction on renewing my account in store the same day. I'd never use the hanover store again. They lost over a grand in my sale alone today. I recommend Plymouth, never would I deal with the girl or guy at Hanover lying to my face again, Disgusting!

This is an amazing place. Do to online purchases this place is in jeopardy.. No where else can you get real information about games( before you purchase) KEEP GAME STOPS OPEN!!!!!!!!!!
