Great bunch of people. They took care of me on the spot. I'm visiting my dad in Florida and my tire has a slow leak which they took care of. Bret who took care of me offered me some coffee and to to wait just a few minutes for the repair. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. As an ex military veteran I am blessed to have this shop around as they do take carr of us veterans. God bless them all.

Horrible customer service. Scheduled my car for alignment and was told I needed two more tires so I said ok. Call to check when my car was ready and was told they changed tires but I’d have to come back tomorrow for the alignment. I said no I was going out of town tonight and needed it today. The store manager told me that he was sorry but there was nothing he can do. I said then why schedule an appointment if it wasn’t going to be done. That if they would have told me earlier I could have taken it somewhere else and that the only reason I bought the tires from there was bc they were doing the alignment. Store manager said what do you want me to do? Do you want me to put the old tires back on? I said no, you just told me my tires where separated and it is now 5pm so it’s too late to buy tires somewhere else. Hang up the phone less than 5 minutes later Mike calls me to tell me that my car only pulls when you first hit the gas bc of the new tires. Wth. How did he have enough time to drive it and see if the alignment was bad? Especially after it was just 5 minutes ago the store manager said they were finishing putting on new tires. Then when I arrived to pick up my vehicle they tell me one of my front tires needs to be replaced as well. My question was why didn’t y’all tell me that when you told me the back two tires needed to be replaced? Then the young guy with the glasses I’m not sure what his name was began to talk to me like I didn’t know what I was talking about. I plainly told him that my car needed an alignment and he gave me every excuse in the book of why my car did not need an alignment and that my issue was I needed now to replace the front tire. So again when you told me I needed to replace the back two tires why didn’t you tell me I needed to replace a third tire as well ? Clearly the store manager and his employees do not know what they’re doing. I will never take my car back to this tire Kingdom or any tire Kingdom for that fat because of the way the situation was handled. I would definitely advise for no one to take their car to this particular tire Kingdom on Cortez Boulevard in Brooksville as they clearly do not know what they’re doing and they lack in customer service.

Worst experience I’ve ever had! I never write reviews and I must say that ever customer that was before me had an issue. So I saw that they were already frustrated so I didn’t mind my oil change taking 3 hours but then the fact that they are cussing and arguing in front of all the customers .I have anxiety and can’t be around stuff like that so that was a horrible experience in it self . I’m sitting right in front of them as they are arguing over the fact that they put the wrong filter in MY CAR and can’t find one to fit . I over hear and politely tell them that I know which filter needs to go in .. needless to say they don’t listen to the 23 year old female and a half an hour goes by until they put their pride aside to find out that the filter number I gave them to put in was the correct one ! Then don’t even apologize for cussing towards me or in front of any of the customers . WORST PLACE EVER ! DO NOT TRUST !

Employees were nice service good, although it took 2 hours for 4 tires and an alignment. Maybe plan for someone to pick you up while they service your vehicle, to avoid other creepy customers.
