I dropped my 10 year old shih tzus off for their grooming, first time with the new owner, I come to pick them up and my girl is limping. She can't even use her doggy stairs and she is a fit and healthy pup. You're supposed to be able to trust them with your babies but to drop them off and have one come out with a swollen knee is completely unacceptable!

I won’t give a bad review but I will say I had an appointment that I booked almost a month ago. I called this morning right when they opened at 805am to confirm my appointment and they seemed to be having phone issues as the line kept going silent. We finally got a clear line and I heard the lady tell me 330pm for my appointment and I repeated it back to her. I was on my way and called again and was told I missed my appt. and it was at 830am and they would not allow me to come there ever again because I made the groomer miss out on money. I do feel bad and I own my part but it was an honest mistake and there is obviously no leniency or empathy for others being human. I just wish they would have called at 845am to see why I wasn’t there and I could have still made it as I am only 5 minutes away. I am not a repeat offender and nobody owes me anything but the experience did rub me the wrong way.
