Working with Ecosun Homes has been one of the best experiences of our lives. My wife and I bought land in North Palm Bay and went through an exhaustive search for the right builder. As we were expecting our first child, we wanted to pick a builder who was able to balance fine, modern living with...actually living and Kyle and his team have totally delivered. His team is incredible to work with - great listeners, with better ideas, and extremely well organized. They've been a pleasure to work with. The software they use keeps everything hyper transparent and easy to use and understand. We've thoroughly enjoyed the building process with them and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to build a wonderful home.

We had a great experience building with Ecosun. We absolutely love our home and would choose them again. The quality is unbeatable and the interior design options are very on trend. Customer service was great as well and have Ted and Gary to thank. After we moved in we worked with Paul in the warranty dept to get our 1 yr courtesy check for settlement issues etc and he was so great. He answers back quickly and always gets things taken care of. One of the best home builders in Palm Bay. This review is my personal opinion. If you are looking to build a home in Palm bay area, Ecosun should be at the top of your list to check out.
We researched a lot of builders and are very experienced home buyers, and Ecosun home designs and overall value was unbeatable.
Structurally our home is very well built - solid, quiet inside, has all hurricane-proof windows and doors, and looks amazing from inside and outside. Another big advantage was that we were able to customize our colors and options – many builders do not allow change orders.
Our house was very well designed – unique floor plan, awesome bathroom, and ceiling height; all doors are 6’8”, and lots of modern features – all was included in the price. Also, we did not have to finance the construction process – that was great.
Our house is about 1.5 years new now, and everything looks just like on day one. The owner takes great pride in running this company and cares for the result, and I have a lot of respect for that! Everyone was very polite and patient with us and answered every question. They truly capture the essence of living in Florida: modern but with a tropical feel.
Also, their ambassadors do a great job finding perfect lots on which to build. I think they strategically find the best lots for you.
