I’ve done business with many pawn shop’s. I’ll keep this edited review short and simple. They are good people, Eric/Alex is a great dude, the guy has awesome customer service skills! Super helpful. I would do business with this company again no hesitation. Thanks guys 🙏🏼

I have had a good experience selling to Blue Diamond pawn shop. They have tries cheat me every single time. This last time. My husband and I naught some rings that were steel yet, the guys doing the transaction said they sterling silver. Keep in mind that we (purchased steel rings) now, my husband wanted to sell a ring that had 10kt gold but, was mostly steel. They flat said “we don’t take steel”. Yet, they just sold us two 100% steel ring. They had a hold tray of them. I will never purchase or sell anything from Blue Diamond. They are a joke. I only gave them one star because I couldn’t give them a zero.

Normally like this shop but the last time I was in there I had to listen to the boss give a employee heck over the scent of the Frebreeze he bought. From what I heard the employee stopped after work to get it and didn't buy the right scent. Who cares. And if the boss wanted a certain one go get it yourself. I had enough of the scolding he was giving the employee and hearing how it's a lesson he should take forward in life so I walked out First thing you cost your store a sale second if you were any type of a real manager you wouldn't do that in front of customers.
