I would not recommend using any tire kingdom location. I’ve been to 2 different ones to get my tires rotated. Apparently my tires were never rotated even though it was on my service receipt. My front tires are now shredded and my car only has 27,000 miles. I don’t know really anything about cars, so I trusted that the people I paid for a service would actually perform the service. If they couldn’t do it for some reason, I would expect that they would at least tell me so I didn’t drive around shredding my tires. Thanks tire kingdom for scamming me and making me buy new tires.

Worst experience i have ever had dealing with customer service. I scheduled an appointment at 3:30 PM to get two tires replaced. They said if I drop the truck off early they will get it done early so I dropped my truck off at 11 AM. When I drop the truck off they did not ask for my name or anything. I called several times throughout the day but I could not get through to anybody. They either put me on hold and never came back or they just picked up the phone and hung up on me. Now it’s 4:50 and they close at five. I drove here and went inside and noticed My keys on the counter never touched. So I grabbed my keys got in my truck and left. I lost a whole days worth of work. If I could give less than one star I would definitely do so On Friday 7/22/2022 my girlfriend and i took her car in for an oil change that had been scheduled for 3 different times and it was one excuse after another On Friday we took the car in and we had a tire that needed to be repaired We were told the tire was fixed Well it went flat approximately 5 miles Down the road at that point I noticed they Moved the tire from the back to front On the same side the lugnuts had been put on With way way over the recommended Amout of amount of ft lbs torque We call her road side assistance When I could not get the lug nuts to loosen at all the poor guy from road side assistance Tried to get wheel lock off had been tightened so much it broke the key For the wheel lock We had to have her car towed back to The same tire kingdom and have been with Out a her car since Friday afternoon Here it is Monday And still waiting for her car this has been has been a fiasco That has prompted me to email tbc corporation due to fact the own the tire kingdom brand And the may want to close or pull the franchise name from this location Until they are able To to get competent management And employees then they are constantly Saying they sent someone to go get a tool and they will be back so after 4 days to get This one tire off and replaced What a mess...... never again Tire kingdoms customer service number is a joke also I was told they would have district manager reach out to me it's been over a week still haven't heard anything from him
