They do not have enough inspectors for the inspections they have this causes problems with contractors citizens and ultimately cost money to the citizens for things that need to be taken care of to mitigate a possible roof leak. When you try to set up a dryin inspection at 2:30 in the afternoon for the next day and it causes you to go all the way through the weekend to a Monday because they don't have enough inspectors that's a problem.

In Lockmar, its 10 ft from utility right of way and 6 ft from property line on side of property. I was told its different in different areas of Palm Bay. Give them a call, they were very helpful.
