I don't like the fact if they miss stock an item, instead of doing the morally correct thing and honoring the price, they had rather put the blame on the customer instead. My fiancee found a nicely priced thing of epoxy resin priced at 30 bucks and messaged me asking me if I wanted it, there was no price tag on the item itself mind you and it was with the other supplies of that nature so he had no reason to think it was anything but 30, took it up to pay all excited because I could work on my diorama and they tried to charge him 70, saying it was in the wrong spot...how was this our fault if your employees don't know how to stock items? At Walmart when I worked for them they told us to be careful, and a miss stock would end up with the customer getting the item at that price. Honestly an apology would have been even nicer, but nothing at all, just him shrugging as he lost a customer. Talk about how not to treat your customer's. Never going to buy from their stuck up business again if this is the type of customer service you can expect. >.>

We went in today because of some sales they were having and had a good time looking at everything. The 5 stars comes because of check out. 2 young ladies I believe ones name was Kiley...I hope I am right and the other one had no name tag. They were so sweet and just made it fun. Thank you.
