I have been lucky about bins being empty or semi empty. The one complaint is dump people who damage bins by pulling them out of the bars.

Electronic waste recycled the last Wednesday of each month for residents of incorporated City of Clearwater . Pinellas County handles recycling for unincorporated residents .
You can bring your electronic devices on the last Wednesday on the month between 7:00 am and 2:45 pm This is for Clearwater residents only ! All other Pinellas county residents or Unincorporated Clearwater residents can take electronics to the Pinellas County facility 2855 109th Ave N, St. Petersburg, FL 33716
Alkaline and other non-rechargable batteries can be disposed in your trash.
This is for smaller recycles that go in bins. You might have to take them to the dump off of Ulmerton. Or a metal recycling place. I would try calling first.
No every last Wednesday of each month there is a e-waste day
Yes they do if you're a Clearwater resident... .
No. Paint and other household chemicals must go to the Pinellas county drop off facility.
No. They do not. They accept Mixed paper, Plastic 1-7, Aluminum and steel cans, Cardboard and glass bottles and jars. They also have a drop off for cooking oil.
Anyone is welcome to recycle Cardboard or Single Stream at this public recycling center.
