Got paid half of what I normally got and no they wasn't expired or damaged try calling no longer a working number never had trouble before.Also is this a different company with the same address was different last time.

Dealt with this company for well over a year never had a problem. Send in my box get a check for half the amount.talk to someone who was not all that helpful and rude.sent a message asking what the problem was. Response with a picture of the box damaged. Ok but when i put it in the box it was not like that i say. Well it had to be they say. Long story short i have been accused of being a liar. That im just trying to get more money.of the hundress of boxes ive sent. They say i damaged it. I think not. I would love to stay with them but they will have to do something.rant over rich boone

Extremely pleased. I was a little hesitant at first with some of the previous Google reviews, but the transaction could not have been easier. Simply follow the instructions given. Received mailer and sent unexpired/unopened/proper dated strips and lancets with pre-paid label in the box provided. Received PayPal payment in full, as advertised, in a little over one hour after they confirmed receipt of package via email. Entire process less than one week which included receiving the mailer. Less than 48 hours for payment after sending in strips. WOW! I rarely post reviews, but very pleased. Definitely will use again in future. Thank you.

The company does not pay what offers The company does not pay what they offered. They look for any slightest detail to avoid paying the full amount. I was paid half of what they had offered. They have also refused to return my package back. DO NOT RECOMMEND
