Every one is welcome with open arms. This church ministers to the homeless population that doesn't receive services but everyone is wecome. They sleep on the street, eat at soup kitchens and feeds and depend on private outreach efforts like The Refuge to survive. The Refuge can always use donations of adult clothing, food (perishable and non perishable) and cash. The church is run completely by dedicated volunteers, who are or have been homeless. The bills, including mortgage, utilities and insurance are paid privately. The donation plate is usually empty. No thrift shop or charge for anything. Just come as you are for breakfast, fellowship, prayer, a place to cool off and get a bite to eat, get some toiletries, sign up to do free laundry, get some clean clothes, socks or shoes or find your way back home and to the Lord. Services every Sunday at 10am sharp. Breakfast served prior. Wednesday and Sunday Food Pantry. Bible Study every Wednesday at 10am sharp. Community Nursing services, in connection with Morton Plant Hospital, available on Wednesdays. Breakfast served every morning, 9am-2pm Mon, Tues, Thurs and Friday. 9am- noon on Wednesday. 8am -noon on Sunday. Closed Saturday but serving 2pm homeless feed on Mrtyle Ave in front of Clearwater PD.

An awesome place for worship in fellowship, it does not feel financially driven. It is driven by the overwhelming presence of the Holy Spirit

Awesome place to sing and pray. Be who you are at the refuge and be friendly, thats all it takes to be a member and they love honesty. Just dont steal or fight and they will help you with what they can!!!
