I went to the office hoping to get an updated schedule only to find it is now closed.It has been moved to a PSTA bus transfer platform located on 34th Ave N just before Roosevelt Blvd.There is no shelter and no facilities.To make matters worse there are no cars allowed in lot which makes it impossible to wait for or pick anyone up.You would have to drag your luggage to the curb and load on the roadside after the bus drops you off.I can't imagine what this would be like for a family with small children.Amtrak passengers deserve better than this.I hope they will do something when more people start traveling after the pandemic.

Haha‼️ I am always here! The staff is very friendly, but they know Me!! One time I got on the wrong bus but Amtrak staff David came and saved me from preceding to an unknown location 😂😂 thanks David!! They are closed on Sunday so you cannot get in and you cannot get a ticket, so come with ticket in hand on Sunday or have it on your phone!! Happy Travels!! Wow!! I had to edit this review based on the fact that this Amtrak bus station has closed as of 1/2/2020! You can still catch the bus here, however the lobby is CLOSED‼️🗣

Jerry was sympathetic and helpful in trying to locate my lost luggage - it turned out that AMTRAK Washington DC ticket counter had not placed my checked bag on my Wednesday train. Upon in arrival in Orlando Thursday afternoon , I saw my bag was not on connecting bus and pointed this out to an AMTRAK luggage handler, but she ignored my repeated concerns and went on her way. My bag finally arrived on Saturday afternoon. Jerry did best he could to fix someone else's mistake.
