No they do not sell individual characters. But they do sell mystery blindbags with enemies for the game.
They only allow so many people in the store. You can no longer make the minifigs from the bin but they have about 30 to pick from to buy. Same for the back wall and buying the individual pieces. They will do it for you. Mask are required. They also have hand sanitizer to use.
