I am so disappointed with Teachers Credit Union I have been a member since I was 19 years old and I am getting ready to be 36 so gushy is a long time to feel like the customer service is poor, so many people that work for teachers are very sarcastic and caddy like today when I spoke to a gentleman he was very rude but he was from the call center department I always get the run around when contacting Teachers Credit Union, I also always have to call back a bunch of times before someone even answers then after that it is rudeness I called last Thursday left a voicemail and today is Tuesday and I still have yet to receive a call back This is so annoying and makes me not interested in banking with Teachers Credit Union moving forward Today I left a voicemail on Debbie her voicemail so I will see and hope I receive a phone call back because this is beyond ridiculous The Customer Service needs a major shift and this is one dissatisfied member…

So i Love this bank, everyone is really nice and it's easy to make a payment. HOWEVER, someone told me to make it online as it is much easier, and let me tell you, i have changed my password, I dont even know how many times to log into online bill pay, but it keeps saying my account is disabled. This system is probably THE WORST part about paying online. I have NEVER had a website with this much trouble. this has been going on for about a year. and still doesnt work. everytime i change my password and then try to log in and it still doesnt work. This is so inconvenient.Hi, Cassidy. I'm sorry for all the trouble you're having with the online payment system. I would hope someone in our Member Services area would be able to troubleshoot this for you. They can be reached at (800) 552-4745. Given that this has been going on for a while, you may have already gone that route.
