The staff is friendly and they have a decent selection of products, but the prices are always the highest. You can get cheaper vape supplies, delta 8 or CBD at 20 past 4 and more/Indy E cigs, same products. If your local it’s a good place to go if you don’t want to travel very far and you don’t mind spending some extra cash.

I’ve bought juice and coils on many occasions with no issue. Last night however I bought juice that I believe is defective, a bad batch or mixed wrong. It burns badly. It doesn’t seem to be the flavor and I have always used 6 or higher on the nic lvl. Nothing changed on my mod set up. I came back the very next morning. The shop refused to acknowledge anything wrong with the juice and won’t do a return. This juice is unusable to me and I feel wronged in this situation. I know it’s not expired but is it really unreasonable for it to be a bad batch? The guy at the shop basically just blamed it on me saying it’s 6 mg nic lvl and it’s menthol and they won’t do returns nor will his manager. This is upsetting. I’ve been vaping for a long while and this has been a waste of time and money.I do apologize but it does seem to be a slight miscommunication, our team member was not able to to a return since it is company policy not to returned open juice, he did however let you know that the manager would be in this afternoon and that she would be able to help you out and get approval from her direct supervisor if there is In fact a problem with the juice. Your correct it is always possible that the manufacturer has labeled the juice wrong or the batch was simply just bad, and in general we do know about this problems before the arise, wether it be a notification from the manufacturer directly or we have mass complaints from some of our 80+ retail locations or our online stores and when that happens we do pull that product from inventory and contact customers who had a problem to fix it. This however is not the case. We encourage you to stop into the store this afternoon and let our manager Amelia help you out Have a great day

They’re just rude. For no reason. Asked if they had a certain refillable pod, just got bs back. Walked out bc they aren’t the only shop around.We are sorry that you had this experience and would love more information from you, would love to know when this happened and who you spoke with, I just talked to the team member at the shop right now and there has not been any customer in the store as of yet today, if you could please provide more info my email is [email protected] Thank you

Walked in not sure about what I wanted. The employee helped me out a lot. He even set up the device for me and sold it at a great price. Definitely will be back.We are glad you enjoyed your visit to artisan hope we get to see you again!!!

Cannabidiol (CBD) shouldn't show up on a drug test. However, many CBD products contain trace amounts of delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), marijuana's main active ingredient. If enough THC is present, it will show up on a drug test. This means that in rare cases, using CBD might lead to a positive drug test.
