Ordered my wife a dress. It said 2 day delivery. It was out for delivery and was supposed to be delivered by 8pm. I tracked it at 5:30 and it said 5 stops away…well that lasted until 11:21pm! After the tracking said 5 stops away for almost 6 hours it finally told us it would be delivered the next day! Terrible service!!!

These drivers are horribly dangerous! I’ve driven delivers for FedEx, Furniture and Tire companies and have never seen drivers this unsafe. Today, July 24th around 5:20 one of your drivers was going 80 in a 60!!! He then almost hit me at the red light and had to swerve off the road to miss me. He then proceeded to wave his arms and tail gate me as I made my turn. Then he illegally passed me on the left and swerved in front of me just to speed up and slam on his brakes to make the turn... he over-stopped by more than a full car length... are you kidding me?!? My daughter was in the car! If she wasn’t I would of followed him to the hub and reported him immediately to his supervisor. Grey Amazon Mercedes Sprinter, license plate #KHB M24, Driver was a black male. I even have photos of his truck and how far he over-stopped beacIe he couldn’t slow down quick enough.

Is the driver delivering to you? If so, just place a delivery note in your account asking the driver not to do that. By the way, there are thousands of drivers and each day it is a different driver, so the delivery note is the most effective way to communicate.

Do you happen to live in a new neighborhood or anything like that? I know Bradenton can be a pain sometimes for us when the addresses are mislocated or even nonexistent in a sort of myriad of messes. Only Bradenton is like that so far..
Nothing stays at this location we get them in trucks and ship them out. My best advice is to contact Amazon and see if they can track down the issue. Did you check the tracking information? It made it to this location then disappeared?
Unfortunately,once the package has been dropped at the wrong address it's pretty much done. Amazon delivery would have to take action in a case per case basis.

You must arrive twenty minutes before your assigned time, register and queue with the vehicle to enter loading. Usually you always charge at your assigned time or a few minutes later. It depends on the number of people who are for previous hours. When you enter the boxes are already there on a shelf. You should not expect anything once you enter.
