It has taken me months to get to a place where I could write a review. The work this team does is great... but I seriously think the manager (at least the manager back in ~April) has some issues to work out and needs some time off. I have never been treated so disrespectfully by the manager of a store, of any type, in my 60 years. It's not about the amount of money we spend with this store, but we are good customers. We took a tire in, while our care was on a temp spare, to be repaired under warranty, early in the morning. we were given a timeframe and I showed up at the end of that window. They are a 45 min drive from us so I wanted to give them time. It was obvious they had overcommitted their staff and were struggling. I said, why, no worries... I'll grab a beer and be back in 45 or so. I did.... and it was still not complete - I was promised IU was 'next'; we need another 15 or so. I waited in the waiting room for another 45 min. I pressed the assistant manager at the computer and he seemed like he was unable to comitt anything... sensing that the situation was not good. I waited for another 30 min and ventured into the shop to see what was up... and all hell broke loose. The manager bustled me into the office and out of the shop, yelled at me for coming into the shop. We got into a heated exchange...neither of us using language we should have, but I was not expecting this. I just wanted someone to tell me if is could not be done today, to come back tomorrow... I did not need to be rude, abusive and berating me as well as questioning my mother's integrity. We will never take another vehicle to this place, at any location... unless it is associated with a warranty they carry. FIND ANOTHER PROVIDER.

Had a car emergency called and Jordan Service Manager advised me to come right in the next day. Juan assisted me to get a quick inspection and got my car fixed quickly. The service tech Brandon was so nice. The Service Manager Jordan communicated with me throughout the entire process and updated me. He went above and beyond to ensure that I got everything taken care of. It starts with leadership ten stars TK team. Thank you so much for getting me back on the road quickly.

I went to Tire Kingdom asking if they would remove a crack lug nut. They didn’t hesitate, remove it. I am grateful for Tire Kingdom Team!

Customer service appears to be great but sales manager was cunning and deceitful. Truck wouldn't stop safely anymore and I knew I needed some work. I was advised that there was a puncture in the break line that needed repair. I was also told I needed new brakes rotors and drums. I just got rotors and brakes replaced on my vehicle 2 years ago and I didn't believe but I took his word for it. Upon picking up my truck I asked to see the old rotors because although I got them done 2 years ago I only drive this truck 5 times in those 2 years. My rotors were in perfect condition for the pads to grip. Full disclosure there was rust on the outside and some oxidation which is totally normal. The rotors were smooth without notches or indentation. When I all the manager what was wrong he told me the rust on the outside of the rotors not where the brakes grip prevent the brakes from working well. That I must have driven in salt water bc there were grooves in the rotor abs too much rust on the outside. When I was going to explain to him that I barely have driven the truck he told me that this wasn't up for discussion and that this was your kingdom not some back yard mechanic. This is after he charged me about 800.00 additional for rotors and labor that I didn't need! Only reason he gets 2 stars is bc he did shop around for a decent price for tires for me. I will never go to this tire kingdom again and if I do I will want to see the parts that they claim are not in good use first. Very deceitful practices! Maybe I would have had better luck at a back yard mechanic!
