Sorry but I just don’t think it is fair to charge a diagnostic fee when you are doing a service at the same time. That fee is for people who decide that they don’t like your estimate so that you haven’t wasted your time. In my case you had my car an hour and charged me for 2. It does not take 2 mechanics to change the oil and hook it up to the diagnostic machine. Additionally, you did not provide an estimate that included that fee nor did you receive written or verbal authorization of the fee. You told me you can’t fix what was diagnosed and that I need to go to the dealership. I would still be a loyal customer if you had just charged me for the oil change. I have no problem taking my business somewhere else. But the review is due to the comment when I said I had referred others. April, instead of okay you might try thank you. Good luck!

Brought Kia Optima 2013 to have lightbulb change and brought lightbulb. $226. After complaining they should of been upfront on what that cost was as I would of not of completed work they reduced it to $192 and didn’t charge me for new lightbulb because the one I bought was already opened. I sent my 16 yr old son to get this done to his car and was hoping to find a local auto place we could use regularly.

Brought my 67 Camaro there to have some work done. Felt comfortable with owner and his estimate. The work was done properly. Engine had to be lifted to change oil pan and my Firewall did not get scratched. Employs a Vet as his head mechanic so as a Vet myself I will continue to support Ed and his shop!!!
