We have been here 9 months and this place has not been disappointing. For starters, the staff is awesome. They take care of everyone and everything. They look out for their tenants because they live here too. Brianna, Beatrice, Andy and Jr., you couldn't ask for better people to work here and take care of any question you have.

Rent is about 800$ a month for 2 bed room . Now they do have different programs because it is affordable housing and subsidized by federal government. So depending on income it could be much lower
