Recently visited this location for the first time. I came away very impressed. They were busy handling a variety of different customer requests. I was there for notary and some printing. The pace never slowed while I was there and they were dealing with customers very politely and efficiently from all I saw. It's refreshing to go to an establishment and receive superior customer service. Sadly that seems to become more and more rare. I'll be back for sure.

Walked in and was helped right away. Staff was friendly. I needed to return an Amazon order and mail an item. They handled everything quickly and with ease.

This is the store I usually went for Amazon returns. Today, I had a horrible experience. I was returning two heavy items but the seller only sent me one label that stated 40 pounds. One item was small probably 10 pounds and the other was large probably 30 pounds. UPS in Palmetto said, "no we can't return them, you will have to get two separate labels". I explain, I was sent only one label and the label clearly says 40 pounds! I said "its obvious that this smaller box does not weight 40 pounds!!. They said " NO, we can't take it, people will try to ship different things with one label". I couldn't believe how I was being treated. I went to the UPS on Manatee Avenue and without any hesitation, they saw that both boxes were the same color, both equaled 40 pounds together as the label said and they shipped them off. It's very upsetting that I had to drive farther but at the end, the treatment and customer service on Manatee Avenue is 100 times better.
