If I could give this place 0 stars I would ! I took it here when my check engine light came on because it was the closest place , he kept calling telling me things needed to be added and then eventually told me none of it worked and he needed to redo the engine …. I feel like as a female he took advantage of my lack of knowledge and completely over priced me … he is very pricey and whenever asked about numbers was very vague. Never gave me labor rate until I went and picked up even though I asked , and then the paperwork didn’t break it down the way it should….. 1200 dollars later for spark plugs, coils and a flush ! And for my engine light to still be on ! Furthermore he wanted to charge me 11000 for a new engine. This place is terrible ! Took it around the corner to Gonzalez who is honest and gave way better prices and has Avery good reputation in the area. The mechanics here seemed to either lack knowledge or just try and play people for idiots. Either way it is a disgrace!

They did a great job in a timely manner. Charges are very reasonable. Advised of upcoming repairs that will be needed but no pressure to get repairs done that aren't immediately needed.

I have never experienced this level of auto repair service before. Professionalism means a lot to these guys. I had an oil leak. I dropped off the truck, right there they told me it would be worked on the week after probably on Wednesday, so I drove by and my truck was up in the air on Wednesday. I got a call that the starter's bolt broke in the starter and I needed a new one, so I said okay, they didn't charge any extra labor for that. I got my truck back, they recommended another repair should be done soon and they filled the tires up, so my truck felt awesome driving it home. I will double check it after a week of use to make sure it isn't leaking, but so far so good. I would recommend these guys.

I was very glad to find this shop off of 301 in Palmetto. Toyota told me I needed brakes and tires and other things for my 2019 RAV4. Lex's checked out my vehicle and let me know the brakes and car were good, I only needed tires. They ordered the tires I wanted and I was given a fair price for new tires and my vehicle was ready the same day they arrived. It's worth the 30 mile drive from my house to do honest business. If I need work in the future I'll go to Lex's.
