Customer service is excellent. Megan and Danielle were very helpful. I misplaced my card and Megan took the time to make sure I had all my automatic payments tied to the account to ensure I were what to update 😊. Great customer service is key. I'm loyal PNC member.

Terrible experience with an auto loan and dealing with jumping through hoops. If another bank can be used I'd highly recommend staying away from PNC based on my experience with them.

Love coming here!! THIS location, by far, has the best customer service I've EVER experienced!! The staff are so friendly, quick, and efficient. They greet you as soon as you walk thru the door and say bye as your leaving. I don't personally bank with them, yet, but my company does. Every time i go in to do my deposits or to get change, the ladies behind the counter are quick at getting thru people in a well mannered way😊 If I could give them 10 stars, i would!!!
