I have spent 30-60 minutes on hold (with no one answering) almost every day this week. And most times I’ve called in past months. I’ve seen multiple medical assistants get visibly upset with how hard it’s been get my prescriptions filled. Hours and hours on something that should be a quick transaction. Avoid at all costs. Find a local pharmacy or different chain. (I’ve been fine at other CVS’s but this one is a nightmare).

Unbelievable never on time with prescriptions. And straight up lie to costumers saying it will be ready and when you come back their are still not ready. If you value your time get your prescriptions somewhere else.

Be aware that the pharmacy this location never answers their phone. Literally never. Recently I was on the phone with the CVS Caremark corporate office and they called this location and then THEY gave up because no one ever picked up. If you ever have anything even slightly out of the ordinary with a prescription, this location will steal hours from your life and still leave you without your meds. Avoid if at all possible.

I wish I'd read the other reviews before having my prescriptions sent here over the last few months--all the time and exhaustion that could have been saved! Very rude staff who seem to have no idea how to do their jobs. Last time, didn’t know where my prescription was that was called in the day before, told me it wasn't there. I had to pull up Rx numbers etc. to help them know how find it in their system. Was there for about an hour. Yikes all around.
