Hands down the worst pharmacy I’m The area. Drive through is closed, lines to be served are over 45 min no matter when you go. People at the counter are rude. They mess up every prescription, if they even have it. This is every single time we go there. Avoid at all cost.

Nothing but empty shelves. What the heck is happening to CVS is NYC? Ever since the beginning of the 2020 The Bronx CVS has nothing but empty shelves. When I want or need something for emergency purposes I need a pharmacy/ a retail store that has items available. Then CVS has the nerve to send discount coupons weekly. Exactly how??? I can't purchase anything from Allerton or Pelham Parkway stores. CVS needs to stock their stores properly and remove "store associates" who are not helpful to customer and that includes the pharmacy section as well.

I went to this pharmacy for the first time On12/21 due to the fact that my CVS pharmacy is closing in a January and they were the only pharmacy that had my prescription in stock. Some of the staff was friendly during the morning time but when I went back in the evening I notice that the female pharmacist was rude to a customer and the young guy with all the tattoos was making fun of what the customer wanted. That's very uunprofessional and when it was my turn he was rude to me. And made fun of what I was saying.. For a first time customer this is unacceptable. Therefore I give them 1 star.

Nice pharmacy with good collection of medicine and related products but prices are bit higher.
