I'm very disappointed 😞, we was buying some stuff for a friend of 80 yrs old ,for her surgery this week. And suddenly she felt bad.She was in pain in need to use a bathroom. Its so disrespectful . I ask n explain the situation. They didn't let her use a bathroom. That's is a human necessity! Why say NO!

always like 2 people working at the registers so there’s always a long line. when you need an item that is locked they take 30 minutes to assist u. floors are usually dirty. only good thing is they are usually stocked up with everything i need.

Severely understaffed and awful customer service. I had an online purchase shipped to this location and when the one cashier on duty couldn't find it, she suggested I contact FedEx instead of their customer service to have my issue resolved. The manager was also unhelpful and just stood at one of the registers making comments about another customer and her son instead of providing assistance. They would both be fired if Walgreens actually instituted some kind of oversight in their stores.

Needed some meds. The CVS is closed down avoid Walgreens at Crosby always long line no help. As soon as I walked in saw long line only one cashier at counter and one employee after counter by photos eating. Did my shopping the meds I needed locked up looked for any sales associates nobody in store went to register asked the one cashier if there is any help she called over to the guy on the side still sitting and eating. Told her to help me she left register with nobody there to un lock my item when to register still only one at register. Finally the guy sitting down eating gets up goes to register still chewing wearing a skull cap with boo writing on it and no mask helping customers turns out he is the one in charge at time smh. It’s my turn to check out went to other cashier asked why he does not have mask on he told me to mind my own business he was eating he does not have to wear mask. Told him he should be wearing a mask it’s mandated he told me to shut up and leave and never come back told him off and laughed at him. That is acceptable at Walgreens if corporate cares they could check cameras checked out at 7:21
