Honestly atrocious. My prescriptions can get lost for weeks here, and the wait time to pick up is often near 30 minutes. So frustrating, especially if your well-being *actually* depends on any of the medication you need. That being said, not the fault of the staff. They seriously need to hire more people.

This Walgreens IS HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE! Why even be open? Also, the Walgreens on Nostrand & Fulton, and the one on Kent Ave in Brooklyn. TERRIBLE!! We all need to check reviews before going in or ordering from them. I'll be honest, I did not read the reviews of either of the mentioned Walgreens before hand, but if I did, trust and believe that I would have never went to either of them.

NO STARS IF POSSIBLE!!! DO EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO AVOID THIS PLACE!!! Just came back from here to pick up a poster. I called several times on the phone and they never told me that the photo department wasn't working properly. I went into the store and waited at the counter. No one even acknowledged me for a whole hour! I walked around the store to look for employees as the cashiers were tied up. I waited online and told the cashier I was there to pick up an online photo order, one replied to me "please hold", while she walked to the back of the store. Such rude and distasteful service! When I finally approached a store associate, he told me no one was in the photo department. It was out of order. I needed to have the poster this night, especially since I sent it at 3:00pm for printing. Someone could have called me and told me that they were out of order. I will never send prints here again and I will not even visit here anymore because of their level of unprofessionalism. The employees here should really be trained in customer service. I'll take my business elsewhere. The store also always has very long long lines and wait times to purchase anything.

This location is pretty bad. There is never anything stocked. Everything that is stocked is behind locked cabinets and there are never enough people working on the service floor. The pharmacy line is always backed out through a second set of isles.
