This is my local Walgreens unfortunately. I went to this location to buy a perfume(good kind) that I saw on tik tok that people were raving about. However, they didn't carry that brand or maybe out of stock. I work in Suffolk county so I decided to check out the Walgreens there and to my surprise they had the perfume I was looking for. To make long story short, I bought the perfume, but it didn't work well with my body chemistry. I decided to return at my local Walgreens (3 blocks from my home). I went to the register and this young kid(17-18) based on his demeanor process my return. He didn't know how to my return, so he called the manager "DeidreAnn". After she process my return that he wasn't capable of doing, he had the gall to ask me "why did I return something that I bought at a Walgreens out in Suffolk county. I'm a mother if 3, with my oldest 32yrs old. I was very upset and told him that it was none of his business. I can purchase anything I want from any Walgreens and return to any Walgreens. The manager" DeidreAnn" stood there and said nothing to him. They both were unprofessional, the manager needs to brush up on her managerial skills. She needs to be retrained and learn how to take charge of a situation when it happens. I will not shop at this Walgreens no longer. I will drive 2 miles to the Walgreens in " valley stream" where they are more professional. The kid at the register had the nerve to ask me why am I getting upset. If this is the type of generation that they hire to represent Walgreens, then I will go elsewhere. Btw, the kid that was disrespectful to me , had short twist/braids and sides of head shaved off. I've been living and shopping at this Walgreens since 2002....

I visited this site for a Covid Booster and Flu shot. My appointment was for 11:15. I arrived at 10:45. The booster shot was finally administered at 12:15 and there was no flu shot for me. In addition the person putting my information on the card scribbled over a number and it can’t be read to put into the excelsior pass. This Walgreens is a joke
