I had to start by reading the one star reviews on here. Get over yourselves. You can always tell who the overprivileged city folks are. This is an animal sanctuary that opens it's property to raise money and give people the opportunity to be close to animals they normally would never see. It is not designed for your comfort, it is designed for theirs. This place was amazing. It's a great cause and the individual animal stories are heartbreaking. Visit, buy shirts, and donate.

Look on Facebook It list open barn days they are on Saturdays you have to order tickets
If Sunrise Sanctuary is unable to take them, contact your nearest Humane Society they deal with all types of animals
They are open the second Saturday of every month, also their open barn days are posted on their website. They have chickens, pigs, donkeys, horses and many other animals to see.
For open barn days its $10 for 18 and over, $5 for 4-17, and free for 3 and under. They usually have food. Also have bags, gift baskets, and crafts for sale.
