Lived here since 2019 and as soon as Rushmore Management assumed ownership in the spring of 2021 it’s been a legitimate nightmare. I’m dealing with a situation currently that has rendered our unit uninhabitable and despite several concerted efforts on my behalf to get this issue resolved, I’ve been met with nothing but initial unresponsiveness, followed by feeble attempts of verbal “appeasement” and hopelessly ineffective dialogue with the residents causing this situation. Unless this situation is rectified swiftly, litigation will be my only recourse. It’s shameful.

My family and I moved in 3 months ago. Julian in the main office was extremely helpful when I'd have any questions or concerns.The complex is very quiet and clean. Maintenance is very fast to come once you call for them which is nice because you don't have to wait around for them. Whenever something is being done in the complex a email is sent out letting you know so you can prepare for what ever it is. I was skeptical when I first read the reviews but now after living here for 3 months I can honestly say I like it

Hello, Any positive feedback are being made by employees of Rushmore. This is a clear violation of Google. Please pay attention. Hello everyone, please turn around and run. Rushmore Management team members if they can ever keep staff, are very unprofessional. The service manager is rude and quite unknowledgeable about how basic business is conducted. I was overcharged on my rent statement and he proceeded to attempt to berate me like a child until I appeared in the office. His suggestion was to write a note on my check instead of going into the computer system and do basic research. As a manager myself I would never think to tell someone that absurd information. They have gone through 2 office managers in 6 months, which shows the lack of leadership within their organization. No one ever answers the phone, or opens the office doors. They are charging extra for all utilities without separate meters in addition to the high rent. DO NOT RENT HERE. Save yourself the aggravation of dealing with individuals that could care less. EDIT: The response from the manager is nothing more than a poor response to attempt to appease potential tenants. Nothing has changed. The parking lot was an ice rink after the last snow fall, the salt burned the paws of the dogs in the complex and communication was lacking. They eliminated the text services which was very convenient and helpful. Rushmore cares nothing of their tenants and no one can tell me where corporate is located or who exactly is corporate. They use a PO Box to run a business. Don’t be fooled by any updated apartments as the rent or utilities (without any individual meters) or fees do not justify the cost to live here.
