We were just there to get a repair of some crazy big bicycle we have which is basically called a rickshaw and these guys brought it in took care of every single issue we had and didn't even bat an eyelash these guys know exactly what they're doing they're amazingly professional I would never go anywhere else except here to have any bike issues taken care of amazing team took their time full of patience no complaints that's an amazing business model that they have and the people there are friendly kind and wonderful if I can give more stars I would thank you I appreciate all that you did today and the time you took to help fix my wife's bike that she uses for her business.

Just got one spare parts(one threading screw) which I needed for my bike without any charge. Employees are very sincere and knowledgeable. BTW these 5 star I gave not the parts I got free but the employees are very cordial! Please keep it up👍

I have Giant Defy, great cycle but I had continuous dissatisfaction with Shimano 105 group set's performance and skipping sprockets. Hilltop Cycles, where I purchased my cycle, were not able to address it for about 2 years. I came to Cycle Craft, and Mitch ( technician) listened and worked on it, I am so happy to say that it has been performing great and I love the rides and enjoy them so much. On another day, I went in for a leak and met Joe and had another very satisfying interaction and customer service experience. I have been very dissatisfied with my purchase and it was a minor job to rectify, but one bike shop had no clue and another made such a difference. When my friend was looking for a bike, I had recommended him Cycle Craft and told him to stay away from Hilltop. He is very satisfied and now I also have good words for them.
