I brought my pet rat Juniper in to be put down and the staff was amazing. Susan and Pam made sure I felt comfortable and even stayed with June before he was put down as I couldn’t be in the room due to covid. I got a very kind sympathy card today from the staff and I would definitely go back. Susan and Pam made the world of a difference on a very horrible day. Thank you!

Please, for your beloved pet’s life, listen to the multitudes of other reviews with bad experiences. Maybe it’s all nice and dandy here in health but when your pet is sick, timely and competent care becomes very critical. Months after death, we still only received a bill from the bogus tests they ran on our bird. He may have lived had this awful vet told us to take him straight to a hospital instead of waiting critical days for results and treatment that never came.

If you’re looking for an avain vet this is not the place. Dr wolf specifically is very rude and judgmental. My parrot is now doing way worse after his visit.

So I accidentally dropped a rock on my green anole's tail and I think the end of it might be broken. He also appears to have two more bruises on his tail now as well. Is there anything I can do for him while Im waiting to take him to a vet?

I’m pretty sure one of my bunnies is in the early stages of gi stasis everywhere I go it’s either expensive or they aren’t taking new clients.Is there an estimate on how much it might be for everything!

They handle many exotic birds. And yes, they are very good, I've been going there for 14 years with my animals, ranging from exotics to regular house cats.

No way. Their prices are very fair, but the main thing is that they specialize in exotic animals so your guinea pigs will get the best care.
