This Michaels store is a UPS access point. This means that they allow you to drop off and pick-up UPS packages. I dropped off a package on October 1, 2022. The package has not been scanned into the UPS system. According to the store, they do not have my package. This was a $181 return shipment that is now considered lost and/or stolen. Michaels refuses to accept responsibility for losing my package. They were the last ones to have it; it was never received by UPS. I am now out nearly $200. Do yourself a favor and don't ship your UPS packages through this store.

Very great experience, I went there because I needed a button for my shirt. I measure the diameter of my button (7/16") and it had a silverish mother of pearl finish. I wasn't expecting to match that and maybe have to buy a package. As it turned out I got a package for $3.99 +. Low and behold I got the exact silverish motor of pearl finish !!! I was so impressed.
