They send you letters and when you try to call either no one answers or they put you on hold with literally 32 people ahead of you in the que. I once stayed on hold for three hours and had to hang up I was still number 28 when I hung up. They are a joke, I don't know how these people sleep at night knowing they are harassing disabled people like me...all the people saying they are great either work there or are getting paid for good reviews
