John was extremely rude and has no sense of customer service. The experience at this jiffy lube was horrid and I do not recommend this place. If not for johns horrible customer service, and the managers unwillingness to do the right thing for the customer, l wouldn’t be writing this review. I just think it should be known that this business is a complete nightmare to work with.

John is an honest & helpful gentleman, I have been getting my service at Hermiston Jiffy Lube for years and I always appreciate John's honesty and professionalism.
