This Pharmacy is very unreliable. They never answer the phone or send you updates if your prescription is ready. Recommend choose another pharmacy!

#1 . They don’t answer the phone #2 . They are not knowledgeable of the medications #3 Always out of medications They never have the medications i need all they keep telling me is to come back Wednesday or Monday at 5pm. Seems to me like there truck never came cause i never received my meds when ever i came back. The pharmacy dept always have an attitude when asking a question this is terrible. When asked to go to another pharmacy they don’t want to release the prescriptions.

Young female at the Pharmacy was extremely rude to my mother, and I also witnessed her verbally abuse several other senior residents of Rochdale village. Please amend the practices amongst the pharmacy and the security in terms of professionalism and customer service.
