I called for oil change and alignment, was told it would be done in an hour and a half, was done shortly less than an hour, and cheaper then expected, would recommend coming back. Staff were awesome and got the job finished. 10/10

The whole experience from getting a quote, getting the tires ordered, and getting the tires put on was hassle free and pleasant experience. We set up a late day appointment so that I could bring my travel trailer in and have the tires replaced. This shop is 1 of the very few shops that you can even get a travel trailer into. We will definitely be back if we need any other tires.

I've been so pleased with the service we've received at Tuffy's this past year or two. The customer service from the front desk has always been top notch. I've always been kept well informed of the repair status and costs to expect including the reason why it may take longer or take less time than expected.
