I love this community. Good property management company, beautiful neighborhood, neighbors look out for each other, and the clubhouse and pool is gorgeous. Great neighborhood watch and first responders are never more than a few minutes away when help is needed.

Make no mistake. Sun Communities doesn't care about you one little bit. Once you've signed the lease the "nice" is gone. They don't respond to emails and will avoid you on the phone. I encourage you to go to a community where you own the lot. Parks like this that rent lots that are owned by Sun will screw you into the ground if they have the chance. You are their prisoner.

I read 2 small dogs on the site but no weight was indicated. Mine is 40 lbs and I don't know if she would be included into this pet friendly community..

No. The Park is owned by Sun Communities. The Park has about 340 units. All units are double wides.

All depends on Sherry's Quota of homes sold, I was told only dogs under 25 lbs But new people have Large Labradors , Go figure
