All depends on Sherry's Quota of homes sold, I was told only dogs under 25 lbs But new people have Large Labradors , Go figure

There's dogs in here at least 80 pounds

You are allowed. 2 pets and and officially they are to be under 40 pounds not strictly enforced but no aggressive breeds
