I would highly recommend Paradise Lakes, Mulberry Fl . We looked at several different communities in the surrounding areas, but Paradise Lakes was clean , quite, and the staff here is fantastic. Jackie and Becca in the office , makes you feel like part of the family from the first time speaking with them, Jackie made the process of purchasing our new home , easy and stress free. No matter when you go into the office they always greet you with a smile and are extremely happy to help, The maintenance staff is always friendly and do a great job keeping the community clean . So pleased with our new home , we are working on getting several other family members to move to this great community, Thank you Jackie and Becca for everything you do ,

I recently purchased a larger mobile home in this community through Jackie. She and her staff made the process painless and very quick from beginning to closing. The community is very well kept and highly recommend this family park. Jackie and her staff are all great to work with!

I cannot say enough about Paradise Lakes. It all starts with Jackie , the development manager. There is always something going on at our complex (especially for the children). From yard of the month contests, to Halloween at the rec. center, to giving out free bags of mulch for the beautification of our lots.. The facility is always kept clean and the extra curricular activities at the center are endless. The most important thing is "you feel safe " living here. Thank you Jackie

I was having a tough time finding anywhere to go with my pending job transfer date approaching. Moving from Ohio to Florida it was tough trying to find something given the market and how many people were coming here. We got in touch with Jackie at paradise lakes and she was SUPER helpful! She fought tooth and nail for my family and I AND we have 3 little ones. We were met with open arms and phenomenal communication to be able to get us into a beautiful home. I couldn’t ask for a better experience and will be forever grateful for finding this community and the people here. We are so happy with our move, the kids love it! Everyone at the office and the maintenance are wonderful. Highly recommend yes communities and contacting Jackie and Evelyn for any assistance.
