Avoid this place like the Plague, the owners put super restrictions on you that won't allow you to sell your place after you have purchased your property, They add 1500 to every sale and it must be run through their office. They complain when the grass is 3 inches tall, The office staff does absolutely nothing to get your property sold, Hell I had to put the ad on Craigslist just to get some bites. This is a lousy place to live your retirement years. Piss poor management team never there on the weekends when most people wanting to purchase would come by and look at a home. Absolutely unbelievable crappy sales team. I am disgusted with this place.

We moved here last year in October, we like everything about it, very clean well kept, great people! Plenty of activities including dances, bingo golf,bocci, and many more! We're loving it!!

That's about right for lot rent. Yes, family can visit. HOA is voluntary, but recommended. $20 per year per person. Only service dogs are allowed at the pool.
I was told it is a 55+, BUT you only have to be 40??? Could it be due to disability?
You have to do your own lawn care,pay water,sewer & trash to the City of Mulberry and TECO for electric, also Spectrum, Frontier,Dish or DTV. All other amenities* are included in lease. We have shuffleboard,horse shoes, bocce, billiards, darts, lots of card games, bingo,pokeeno,crafting, all sorts of fun parties and dances through out the year! There's a nice lake for catch & release with plenty of bass in it. *Golf course is private and you must join that.
