I have been going to this clinic since it opened several years ago and they are all very good and helpful. once in a while there may be a short wait but usually there is a reason for that, maybe someone had an emergency that cant wait. it happens.

-5 , on hold for 40 minutes, Destiny finally connected and requested my PCP then placed me on Hold again for 15 minutes to tell me they are not an Urgent Care facility only by appointment no walk-ins and no appointments until June available... 55 minutes on hold... Not impressed with this organizations Community Service!

Dr. Nazeeka Baksh is amazing, she takes the time to listen to my concerns, answer questions and she is super kind & personable. The staff are all amazing as well. They are friendly and thorough. Highly recommend this wonderful group of health care professionals at the Bithlo Location.
