My visit with Alex was reassuring. After back surgery I was having pain and wasn't sure if the type I was having was normal. She explained it was perfectly normal at the stage I'm in. She answered all my questions patiently and did not rush me. Alex also said that if I had any changes, to not hesitate to call .

All of the staff were friendly and accommodating during my visit. The X-ray technician was helpful and made me feel comfortable. The process was quite easy during which I was asked if I experienced any pain. Taylor, PA to Dr. Klein, was quite knowledgeable and helped me to understand the shoulder problem I was experiencing. She answered all of my questions and was quite reassuring. All in all I would highly recommend the KWOC for any orthopedic issues.

Just depends who you're talking to on the staff. The radiology center on first floor is an independent provider and you need to see doctor to get an order for a cat scan unless you have one that is less than 6 months old. The biggest jerks are usually in the pain management office and I had a girl fired in billing. You need to watch billing because the tend to bill you months later for an unexpected charge and if you have a balance they will not give you another appointment. But on good side Dr Nguyen is great and he's highly recommended by staff at Sarasota memorial. He does his surgeries there and is known as the best in this area and he fixed my back after many doctors would do nothing but temporary treatments for 15 years.
It's a very busy place and the wait time reflects that which is a shame but at least it's not a service that has no idea what you're talking about
Even with a late afternoon appointment I usually only wait less than a half hour and never over 45 minutes
Its supply and demand. They are constantly overbooked due to their quality of service.
Yes they do, call them and give them your plan number and they can tell you Co pay etc
I've had to call and then talk to the nurse practitioner and leave your complaint or concerns with them and go from there unfortunately or make an appointment sorry
