Be prepared to Wait. This comment was based on three visits. Doctor is super, I personally had to wait over 45 minutes for each of my three visits.

I can't write about the doctors, but can tell about the interaction I had with the practice as I tried to book an appointment. I could have a quick appointment (great!). But they couldn't confirm as they pretended they don't take my insurance. The fact is that my plan is under Aetna PPO. But because it's from an international insurance (managed by Aetna), they have to call Aetna to confirm the guarantees and billing. They didn't want to do that: "We don't call insurances". Looks to me more like an office that cares more about money than patients, where you're just a number. I have to pay my copay anyway, they would have had a copy of my Id. So not sure what is their problem. looks to me they care more about money than anything. Walk away.

Dr. Sugar and his entire staff treat you like a VIP! They always act in your best interest. Dr. Sugar, and all of the medical professionals, were very responsive to my specific needs and provided full explanations at every step of my treatment. You won't find a better provider.

Unfortunately I recently underwent chemotherapy and am not eligible for stem cell therapy. If so , I would absolutely try it before replacement.
