Call the provider you need to see and speak to their nurse in charge. They should be able to check on this for you. You should also be able to look it up online through your insurance as well.

Depends on which doctor. Unitedhealth covered the hospital and pain management but not my surgeon and if they do procedure in office center they bill through kwoc and they aren't covered and watch your bills as they hit me up through a lot of charges months after visit and if you have a balance they will not give you another appointment
