Just depends who you're talking to on the staff. The radiology center on first floor is an independent provider and you need to see doctor to get an order for a cat scan unless you have one that is less than 6 months old. The biggest jerks are usually in the pain management office and I had a girl fired in billing. You need to watch billing because the tend to bill you months later for an unexpected charge and if you have a balance they will not give you another appointment. But on good side Dr Nguyen is great and he's highly recommended by staff at Sarasota memorial. He does his surgeries there and is known as the best in this area and he fixed my back after many doctors would do nothing but temporary treatments for 15 years.
I know there is an MRI center on the first floor but I usually get sent to a diff facility for images. Have you tried speaking with the nurse?
